When you submit an application via Autobu, we collect:

• The car you are interested in and the parameters you choose (term, mileage, package).
• For companies: company name and registration number.
• Page you submitted the application from and timestamp.

3. Sharing with providers

When you submit a monthly-payment application, we forward your data to the long-term rental and full-service leasing providers you select. They use your data to prepare and send you offers.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Retention

Applications are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
